Thank you to the gentlelady from New York, and I appreciate, again, all of her hard work and her commitment on these issues and her willingness to, again, reach across the aisle as you said. We are here to work with anybody who wants to work with us to find solutions to the health care crisis that exists in America. But we need them to understand that voting to repeal the Affordable Care Act is not that solution. There are many more things that we can do together to provide access to health care than we can by repealing this very important legislation. At this time, I would like to recognize, Mr. Speaker, the gentleman from Illinois (Mr. Davis).
