I cannot understand how people that profess to want smaller government and keep government out of the lives of people can be so interested in a piece of legislation like this, that I can't think of anything more intrusive or invasive than interfering with a woman's right to choose.

I support increasing incentives for primary care physicians. However, I do not agree that these incentives must or should be provided by lowering reimbursement to other providers.
