As you know, we have attempted on numerous occasions to take the military aid, the $2 billion in military aid that we give the Egyptians every year, and take some of that away so that it would be humanitarian aid for the Egyptian people because I can't help but wonder what are the Egyptians doing with $2 billion worth of arms every single year?
