I will say--I will start off--I am a little disappointed to hear that my colleagues on the other side of the aisle are reluctant to embrace the President's call to quote ``Cut through the maze of confusing training programs so that from now on people have one program, one Web site, and one place to go for all the information and help that they need,'' end quote.
