Cheating Senator John Ensign says he's running again despite the scandal over his affair with a now-former campaign staffer.

I appreciate this hearing. Hopefully we'll be able to move his nomination process as quickly as possible.

Senator Reid and Ensign have worked diligently with their local constituencies to see consensus on these designations and release.

Title II (of S. 2612) moves the wilderness debate forward in Clark County, Nevada by designating lands as wilderness and releasing other lands from wilderness study area.

Bob handled a lot of those kinds of different parties involved who have very different ideas of what should happen with public lands.

Have you all done cost studies at all, like what Secretary of State has submitted to us?

I think this is a very important piece of legislation because it affects a number of different issues, not the least of which is its impact on the small business community, which serves as the backbone of our economy.

Because frankly, job creation is something I think that all Americans can agree we need right now.

I do think that law enforcement has legitimate concerns; there is no question about that.
