In March, this Committee, we are very proud to have marked up the Federal Data Center Enhancement Act, bipartisan legislation I introduced, that requires OMB to coordinate a governmentwide effort to develop minimum requirements for Federal data centers related to cyber intrusions, data center availability, and resilience against both physical attacks and natural disasters.
