I echo the statement I made earlier today following the statement by Senator Allen with simply this caveat: I would say that statement is totally accurate with the exception of the fact that we now have approved an additional judge. Now the record stands at 146 judges approved during President Bush's Presidency, and 3 have been rejected. One-hundred and forty-six to three is not a bad record.
