I apologize for interrupting. In the New York Times today on the front page there is a column that says: ``GOP Testing Ways to Blunt Leak Charges.'' Is the Senator aware that the senior Senator from Texas said she hoped ``that if there is going to be an indictment that says something happened''--referring to the Rove-Libby scandal in the White House--``that it is an indictment on a crime and not some perjury technicality. . . .'' Will my friend comment on this statement?
