Yes, it was. Why can't we do this at a later time when you have all the time you need? I have told the distinguished Republican leader, we will have your amendment. We will have Carper or something like that. I am not sure Carper is what we want to go with but something like that, where we can debate it, have a good debate on it, have you and Senator Conrad leading the debate. Others will want to join in, Senator Byrd and Senator Levin who were plaintiffs in the case. And we can move forward on it. Why couldn't we do that it way?
