The legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (H.R. 4849) to direct the Secretary of the Interior to issue commercial use authorizations to commercial stock operators for operations in designated wilderness within the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, and for other purposes. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
