the one thing both of these Senators did not mention is the wonderful work they have done. The chairman and ranking member of the Indian Affairs Committee were able to reach out to Members on both sides of the aisle. This is truly a bipartisan piece of legislation. Is it everything we wanted? Is it everything they wanted? No. But it is a good piece of legislation. For the Indians around America today, it is a really bright day. So I appreciate the good work of Senators Dorgan and Murkowski, who have done very good work.
