I ask that the Chair lay before the Senate a message from the House with respect to H.R. 2642. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Chair lays before the Senate the following message from the House, which the clerk will report. The assistant legislative clerk read as follows: Resolved, That the House agree to the amendment of the Senate to the bill H.R. 2642, entitled ``An act to provide for reform and continuation of agricultural and other programs of the Department of Agriculture through fiscal year 2018, and for other purposes,'' with an amendment to the Senate amendment.
