Today, this week, is when students all over America are going to get notices in the mail as to where they are going to be able to go to school. Does the Senator agree that many students who are admitted to some schools are not going to be able to go there because they cannot bear the burden of the cost of going to a finer school; they will have to go to some other school, is that correct?
