Maybe there are those who wish that there were impropriety. There was not any. The people referred to by my friend from Utah were not indicted. There has never been any hint of any in this case, in the prosecution, of impropriety. He agreed to plead to a felony. This matter should be referred to the Court of Claims, an independent tribunal, if they believe their case is so just. We believe it is not. The Court of Claims would handle the case properly.
