The time until 2 p.m. today will be equally divided and controlled, with the Republicans controlling the first 30 minutes and the majority controlling the next 30 minutes. We will have a full debate on this bill over the next few days. I hope we can accelerate the time. If people feel we have debated it enough, I hope we can move to some other matter. ____________________
