“With all the ``he said, she said'' that has been going on in this body this week, everyone should all agree with one voice we passed extremely important legislation, terrorism insurance, which gives breathing room to the American free enterprise system, which allows various companies to go forward with what needs to be done, dealing with making sure that when they have a building they are going to construct, that there is some ability for the purchase of insurance, so if something untoward comes from these evil people around the world, they are covered. This is good legislation. I appreciate the cooperation of the Republicans.”
