On behalf of the secretary of state of Nevada, who I indicated earlier worked closely with the Senator from Connecticut in bringing forward a very good election reform bill--he is very progressive, and a fine secretary of state--throughout this letter, he acknowledges how important this legislation is. I wanted this to be spread on the Record before my friend's attention was diverted.
