The assistant legislative clerk read as follows: The Senator from Nevada [Mr. Reid] moves to commit the bill to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions with instructions to report back forthwith with an amendment numbered 3802. The amendment is as follows: On page 20, line 4, strike ``6 months after the date of enactment'' and insert ``7 months after the date of enactment''.
