If this is not the time to help notch babies, when is it? Some of them are approaching 84 years of age. Are we going to wait until next year until more die, or the year after? People go home and say nice things about the notch babies. Well, let's vote a nice thing for them today. Today is the day. There is no other day. This is our opportunity to take the notch unfairness out of our law.
