I have served in the House with the Senator from North Dakota and also in the Senate. It is difficult for those of us who are not from farm States to comprehend what a family farm is. I have heard you say on a number of occasions how the family farms are disappearing. Would this bill, if we don't pass it in a timely fashion, force other family farmers to go out of business?
