I again ask the majority to take a close look at what we are doing. Let us finish Homeland Security appropriations and worry about Florida--and I realize it takes a lot of worrying because they have had calamities that are untoward in our history, but let us get rid of this Homeland Security bill. I say that in a positive sense. We have made good progress. I think the amendments have been listed. We can get rid of these, and again I hate to use a term like that--we can dispose of these amendments. We can adopt and accept some of them. I think we could do it even maybe tomorrow evening. But if we are going to complicate this matter with the supplemental appropriations, it is going to make things real tough to finish this bill. I am here only to serve the body and do whatever I can to move things along.
