I stated earlier in my remarks a few minutes ago that it is absolutely true that the conference report on this bill was killed. Cloture was not invoked. I say to my friend, the Senator from Arizona, that is a fact. Maybe the term was the wrong term. Maybe I should have said defeated or whatever. But that quote is accurate, sure.
