I say to my friend from Alaska, it appears to me that we are criticizing the wrong people here. If, in fact, there is such an urge to go forward with this legislation, and much other legislation, it would seem to me it would be the right thing to do to move away from a bill that the President said he is going to veto. Why is all the burden placed on us?
