I ask the Chair to lay before the Senate a message from the House with respect to H.R. 527. The Presiding Officer laid before the Senate the following message from the House of Representatives: Resolved, That the House agreed to the amendment of the Senate to the bill (H.R. 527) entitled ``An Act to amend the Helium Act to complete the privatization of the Federal helium reserve in a competitive market fashion that ensures stability in the helium markets while protecting the interests of American taxpayers, and for other purposes,'' with an amendment.
