Everyone should go. If you do not go, you have no excuse for saying you do not know what is going on. This meeting has been scheduled all week. Having said that, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate recess from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. I do not want anyone to have an excuse for why they are not going there. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The Senator from Massachusetts. Unanimous Consent Request--S. 953
