for all of us who work here on a daily basis, we congratulate Mary Anne Moore Clarkson who, last night had a baby weighing more than 10 pounds. Mary Anne is here every day. We are excited for her and her husband. Some of us know she is Senator Byrd's granddaughter. We are excited for him and the entire family.
