I ask unanimous consent the Judiciary Committee be discharged from further consideration of S.J. Res. 22 and the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The clerk will report the joint resolution by title. The legislative clerk read as follows: A joint resolution (S.J. Res. 22) to grant the consent of Congress to an amendment to the compact between the States of Missouri and Illinois providing that bonds issued by the Bi- State Development Agency may mature in not to exceed 40 years. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the joint resolution.
