I have made a commitment to do three circuit court judges. I will live up to that to the best of my ability. I said prior to the May recess: I cannot guarantee that, but I am going to do my best. I think that it is something Senator Leahy and I have to move forward on. I ask my friend and I say to the Republican leader, trust us on this. I said publicly here that we will do something to try to schedule these within the next week.
