I was there when Medicaid came into being. Now, does the Senator realize...40 percent of the senior citizens who came into that hospital had no health insurance? ...we would go out and sue them for the money. Now, I say to my friend from Massachusetts, the distinguished Senator, for virtually every senior who comes to the hospital--it does not matter where they are in America--they have health insurance with Medicare.
