He said no because he didn't get the work done in committee that he wanted and he had some work to get done on this bill. I accepted that. I said fine. I was hoping we would do more today. We tried to get a vote on an amendment and could not get agreement to get a vote on an amendment. So at this stage, we are going to see if we can invoke cloture on this bill.”
