I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 6, 2013; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate resume executive session to consider the nomination of Caitlin Halligan to be a U.S. circuit judge for the DC Circuit, with the time until 10:30 a.m. equally divided and controlled in the usual form; further, that at 10:30 a.m. the cloture vote on the Halligan nomination occur. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. ____________________
