I am told that S. 1660 is at the desk and due for a second reading. The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. The Senator is correct. The clerk will read the bill by title for the second time. The assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (S. 1660) to provide tax relief for American workers and businesses, to put workers back on the job while rebuilding and modernizing America, and to provide pathways back to work for Americans looking for jobs.
