I have spoken to other Senators who have amendments. I know there are approximately 10 amendments from the other side. And it is being held up. I repeat, if the Senator from Texas wants to conduct a filibuster, he is going to have to conduct a real, honest filibuster, not just tell us he is going to talk a lot on this.”
