it is 4:15 p.m. We have a matter that I believe will be decided by voice in just a few minutes. This will be the last vote until Tuesday, when we finish this bill. I appreciate everyone's cooperation. I have talked before about how fortunate we are to have the two managers we have on this bill--Senators Boxer and Inhofe. They have done a remarkably good job. We have a locked-in set of amendments now. There is no reason to work into the night. We have had a good week. We will have a good week next week, and I wish everyone a good break. Under the previous order, there will now be 2 minutes of debate, equally divided, prior to the vote on the motion to waive all applicable budget points of order.
