this has been a difficult time for everyone, and we have what none of us wanted. Our bill was passed in the Senate by a very nice bipartisan margin. I hope during the Easter recess, the House will be able to come back with something they can--as Senator Landrieu mentioned, at least have some piece of legislation they can give to us and try to work toward a conclusion or accept our bill, which is our preference.
