We passed Friday, about 1 a.m., a supplemental appropriations bill. I have heard statements all day from the other side of the aisle about this supplemental appropriation and how it contains big spending. I direct the Senator's attention to a number of items. First, I ask the Senator from North Dakota, the chairman of the Budget Committee, he realizes, does he not, that there was $14 billion in that bill for defense? Is the Senator aware of that?
