I represent the Republicans of the State of Nevada just as I represent the Democrats. We in the Senate have to respond, in my opinion, in that same manner. The people about whom you speak are not Democrats; there are just as many Republicans as Democrats who need Medicare. We have to approach this in that manner. Would the Senator agree?”
