I said when we come back after 2 weeks, I hope the majority leader will consider a very limited number of amendments with time agreements on them. Mr. McCONNELL. The Democratic leader and I will discuss the way forward. But I wanted to reassure everyone that this 2-week delay will not impact this, and I believe we will be able to figure out a way to go forward very quickly on something that is so overwhelmingly popular on a bipartisan basis.
