following leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business for 1 hour. The majority will control the first half, the Republicans the final half. Following that morning business, the Senate will resume consideration of the capital formation bill. The filing deadline for second-degree amendments to the motion to concur with respect to the STOCK Act is 10:30 this morning. At about 12:30 p.m. today, there will be seven rollcall votes, including completion of the IPO bill, the STOCK Act, and three judicial nominations. ____________________
