Senator Levin will announce to the Senate at a later time-- but just to give an idea of what to expect--there will be a Maryland judge's vote on Monday evening. Then that will be followed by a cloture vote on the matter that I just sent the motion on to the desk. We would hope that there will be the ability at that time--while the 30 hours are running--to clear a bunch of amendments. ____________________
