The problem with that--I will be happy to share the amendment with the Senator, and I am confident and hopeful he will approve it--is the fact that the amendment offered by the Senator from Kentucky, as I understand it, said basically that teachers and administrators will not be sued for basic, simple negligence, but they can be sued for gross negligence. Is that the underlying import of the Senator's amendment?
