I say to my friend, this was on a bipartisan vote. On a bill cosponsored by the two people who take care of our armed services, Senators Levin and Warner, 79 Senators voted for that, and the law of the country as we speak is that the year 2006 is to be a year of significant transition in Iraq, and the President, I believe, should follow that law and he is not doing that. I agree with my friend.
