following my remarks and those of the Republican leader, the Senate will be in morning business. The time until 11:10 will be equally divided between the two leaders or their designees. At 11:10 there will be a cloture vote on the motion to proceed to H.R. 3474. The Senate will recess from 12:30 to 2:15 to allow for the weekly caucus meetings. ____________________
