I know how frustrating it is for everyone. This is not a question for the Parliamentarian. We are doing our best to work through these votes. They are 10-minute votes. We are doing our utmost to maintain that time and will continue to do that. We are sorry that close votes, as everyone knows, sometimes take a little bit longer. So I apologize to my friend from Louisiana and everyone else. We will move through the votes as quickly as we can. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Republican leader. Mr. McCONNELL. May I respectfully make one suggestion. Three options: Stick to 10 minutes, we can voice vote, or we can withdraw, all of which would rapidly speed up the process.
