The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The clerk will report the concurrent resolution by title. The assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A concurrent resolution (S. Con. Res. 13) honoring the service and sacrifice of members of the United States Armed Forces who are serving in, or have served in, Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation New Dawn. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the concurrent resolution.
