I know the Senator wants to move this bill along. But I did state that Canada made this procedure a basis for asylum 3 years ago, and they have had two people granted asylum in 3 years.

There’s no state in the union that needs more help than West Virginia. And, in my opinion, Joe Manchin is hurting his own state. The state of West Virginia would benefit so greatly with infrastructure. It’s the poorest state in the union…
