thank you very much. As I understand the rules, each Senator is entitled to 1 hour to speak postcloture if they care to. It is my understanding that Senators Corker, Wicker, and Vitter wish to speak postcloture. It would be better for everyone here--and if they want to speak for an hour, that is fine; I have no place to go--but if we could all have an idea as to how long Senator Corker, Senator Wicker, and Senator Vitter wish to speak, it may help us better manage what is going on here.
