I ask unanimous consent the Senate proceed to H. Con. Res. 106, which was received from the House and is at the desk. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the concurrent resolution by title. The assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 106) authorizing the use of Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center for a ceremony to award Congressional Gold Medals in honor of the men and women who perished as a result of the terrorist attacks on the United States on September 11, 2001. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
