This woman, as I already indicated, was 13 months ago. We have 30 other judicial nominees pending on the calendar. We have 85 vacancies on the Federal courts. There is no reason to delay this nomination. There is no reason to delay the nomination of David Weil to lead the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor.…”
