There being no objection, the text of the bill was ordered to be printed in the Record, as follows: S. 1986 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Moapa Band of Paiutes Land Conveyance Act''. SEC. 2. DEFINITIONS. In this Act: (1) Map.--The term ``map'' means the map entitled ``Moapa River Reservation Expansion'', dated August 5, 2015, and on file and available for public inspection in the appropriate offices of the Bureau of Land Management. (2) Secretary.--The term ``Secretary'' means the Secretary of the Interior. (3) Tribe.--The term ``Tribe'' means the Moapa Band of Paiutes. SEC. 3. TRANSFER OF LAND TO BE HELD IN TRUST FOR THE MOAPA BAND OF PAIUTES. (a) In General.--Subject to valid existing rights, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the land described in subsection (b) shall be-- (1) held in trust by the United States for the benefit of the Tribe; and (2) part of the reservation of the Tribe. (b) Description of Land.--The land referred to in subsection (a) is the approximately 25,977 acres of land administered by the Bureau of Land Management and the Bureau of Reclamation as generally depicted on the map as ``Reservation Expansion Land''.…
